> 3 dayLooking for the perfect liner for your waterline? This is it! I use liquid for my eyelid but I prefer pencil for my water line. It glides on sooooo smoothly and it lasts all day. It even survives through crying spurts. This isn’t the type of pencil you need to sharpen either so that’s a plus in my book!
