Optisch sehr schön, qualität sehr schlecht ! Ich hab das Fehler zweimal gemacht Bei dem erste Bestellung Reißverschluss war kaputt ! Der Verkäufer hat den Koffer zurück genommen Ich habe noch mal zwei Koffer bestellt , einmal benutzt und das Schloss war kaputt ich könnte meine Sachen nicht rausnehmen Ich warne alle , nicht was schön ist Hat auch Qualität Qualität ! Der Käufer will dieses Mal der Koffer nicht zurücknehmen!

Stabil, stylisch und total chick

Ich habe mit den Koffer ende 2021 für eine USA Reise geholt und ihn dann nochmal für einen Trip nach Portugal und nach Norwegen benutzt. Bei der letzten Reise ist dann erst eine Rolle abgebrochen und kurz darauf auch noch die 2te. Das flexible dünne Plastik an dem die Rollen festgeklebt sind scheint sehr kurzlebig zu sein. Der Koffer hat also eindeutig schwachstellen- so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert und ich werde in Zukunft wieder auf renommierte Marken zurückgreifen die auch nicht teurer sind. Ich sehe hier auf Amazon leider keine Rückgabeoption im Rahmen einer Produktgarantie :( PS: Der Koffer war ca. 21KG schwer also ein normales Gewicht welches so ein Koffer aushalten sollte.

Absolutely gorgeous looking suitcase. Seems quite sturdy and is a doddle to wheel around. The internal divider, separate from the retaining straps, is a genuinely useful feature (probably best for keeping items like ironed shirts, which you wont want to crush, away from the bulk of your clothes and could be used for any dirty laundry you have to bring back, on the homeward journey. As a bonus, the vendor, who is actually the maker, delivered the case, via UPS, free of charge and about a week earlier than expected. Sad to report that, after multiple flights, baggage handlers or a baggage handling system, managed to bend all 4 sets of wheels. However, having contacted the manufacturer, supplying photos of the damage, a new set was sent out within a couple of days. Whilst easy enough to fit I unfortunately found out at this point that one of the pairs of wheels had received such a vicious wrenching as to tear the shell of he case. I did contemplate repairing it with a fibre-glass, car bumper, repair kit, but decided it wouldnt restore the integrity of the case and have instead decided to replace the case. Cant fault the customer service by the manufacturer and I still think this is a great case that was able to withstand a lot of punishment over its life. Didnt replace like for like, only because the exact colour and size wasnt available, but had enough confidence in the quality of the products to buy a second X-Berg case instead.

Perfette, come da descrizione. Le userò per un viaggio in Estonia e il fatto che siano resistenti agli urti mi conforta non poco, visto come vengono trattati i bagagli in aeroporto. Ottimo acquisto. Grazie Amazon

Molto elegante, arrivata anche velocemente

Très satisfait des valises reçues j’ai commandé la grande et la petite cabine et vraiment elles sont d’une pure beauté je vais l’occasion de les utiliser prochainement j’espère qu’elles seront aussi solide qu’elles paraissent surtout pour la durée mais déjà très contente du visuel et la livraison s’est vraiment très bien passé rien a dire je recommande

Love this suitcase. Beautifully made and just the right size for a few days away. Very easy to manouver, the wheels just glide so easily. Just dont store them on their wheels on the train as they will roll from their position, rather lay the suitcase on the side with no wheels.
