I have two & have used them for over 9 months. They are so easy to slip into the carseat & remove for cleaning. They hold up well in the washer but I air dry them (not required). Great absorbency & the shape allows puddles to stay in the piddle pad even if its literally dripping. If you pick it up correctly, you wont spill. I have a son & the buckle that come up from under his legs is very close to his body. He has peed into the hole allowing the buckle to pass through the pad & gotten the carseat itself wet but that hasnt happened since we graduated to a new carseat.

i had read up on all the reviews for this product, i had read about mixed reviews saying it worked for some but not for others, so since we are in the stage of potty training our son i wonted something that would help in case of a accident. i did like how it was real soft and my son didnt mind it being in the car seat at all. it did a great job and catching all the crumbs when he eats in the car but after we went swimming we put my son back in a pull up and on the way home he never said anything about needing to use the potty but when we got him out i noticed he was a little damp (i thought my husband didnt dry him off good before we put him in car seat) but when i pulled the piddle pad out of the seat i noticed that the straps were wet so i knew i had to take the seat out so i could clean them and thats when i noticed that the piddle pad didnt catch any of the pee as it had leaked down where the straps go and there was pee on the actual seat in the car and everything. great at catching crumbs(is why i gave it 2 stares instead of one), bad at holding pee accidents...

This is the 2nd piddle pad I have purchased. I used the first for my son during those fabulous potty training days and it has now been passed down to his baby sister who is known for her blowouts in the car seat. (we need another one for the other car seat). The pad has been washed many times and still looks great. We have used the first one for over a year and feel that there is still a lot of use left in it. It covers the seat very well and is much easier than having to remove the whole car seat. We do have to use a burp cloth at the foot area in conjuction with the piddle pad for the baby but that is mainly because I like the whole seat to be covered from the inevitable weekly blowout.

I have the graco forever carseat and potty training my 3 year old. This is awesome! Before when he would have accidents, the cushion the seat wouldnt soak very much of it up, and when i toook out of the car to wash, i would have to tilt it, and everything would spill onto the seats! So this is a life saver. Washes in the washing machine well. And I air dried.

This works for what it is described to do. It is convenient to keep laundering of the entire car seat cover from accident prone toddlers. It also does a good job at over all protecting the car seat cover from food and etc that toddlers make messy in a car. I am deducting some stars becuase it doesnt appear in person like the picture. In realy life it feels a bit cheaper? and when you put it in the car seat it it is all bunched up and looks like it wouldnt be comfortable to sit in (picture you self sitting in a jeep seat with a bunched up water proof blanket underneath you).... but my son hasnt complained. Good for what I bought it for and priced well.

Ive read a lot of reviews complaining about the length of this pad. Where does your kid pee?!? This is a great size for it not to bulk up the car seat. Super thin, but you can see how resistant it is. Ive had it since we started potty training, which was like 2 months ago, but havent had any car accidents, so i cant say HOW the product works. It looks like it would! Also, i like that theres room for the safety harness to adjust and go through the side flaps of the pad, for maximum security.

I bought 2 of these for the versatility to still have one clean one when an accident happens or to put one in another seat such as a stroller. I washed them as soon as they were received, and then air dried. I did not use fabric softener, as that can cause materials to be much less absorbent. I believe she’s only ever had a couple of accidents in her seat (mostly while with her grandma). Only one was REALLY bad, and if I remember correctly it soaked up 98% of the mess. All other times it has definitely saved the seat... and my sanity & precious time.

We havent had any accidents in the car seat yet, knock on wood, but its been there since the first time we road in the car without a diaper/pull up on and it very reassuring that if she has an accident I just have to wash that piece, not the whole carseat cover. It stays in place and I take it out and put it in the stroller easily too!

I love this for my car seat and stroller. Any accidents get onto the piddle pad instead of the fabric of the car seat or stroller. Granted both my stroller and car seat are machine washable who wants to take the stroller or car seat apart to clean it? Its alot easier taking this on and off than it is to remove all that fabric from a stroller or car seat. It does create heat. But overall I think its still worth it.
