> 3 dayFull disclosure: I received this product for free as part of the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my honest critique of the product. These kitchen strainers are very nicely designed and made. There are plenty of holes to allow water to go through, but the holes are small enough to block debris from getting through. They seem very sturdy, fit nicely into the sink, and have an attached handle to allow for easy removal, emptying, and cleaning. Very happy with these. I will update to let you know how they hold up over time.

Greater than one weekTheyre exactly what I needed. The perforations are small enough that very little gets through, but because theyre not mesh, they are easy to clean. The handle makes them easy to use too, and the price is excellent.

> 3 dayStainless steel, and this strainer fits the sink like a glove. Here’s my story: I came to the realization after my garbage disposal died, that I didn’t need to buy another one, because—what did I put down it, anyway? There are so many “don’ts.” No potato peels, no table scraps, really (those go in the trash can)—what needs to go down here, that I can’t just dump in the trash can? Nothing. So I wanted to go back to what I did in the first house we lived in: use a strainer, because the kitchen didn’t have a garbage disposal. This is exactly what I wanted, because it’s not wire. It’s like a miniature colander, and I can take it to the trash can and empty it. It’s got a convenient little handle, too. :) My choice. I already love it, and I recommend it, if you want to cut expenses, and not be so dependent on ALL the modern conveniences. :)
