I use this for preventing marks and scratches on the seats from kids car seats. Also helps keep the seats in good condition.

The back doesnt lay flush and bunches up against the seat and nothing we do straightens it out so that itll stay for any length of time. That being said, it does protect the seat from my rear facing toddlers muddy and wet shoes. The pockets are nice for storing odds and ends.

Hoping it was thicker to protect the seat from the pressure of the car seat leaving indents on my leather seats. Protects superficially.
