I was due for a tablet case that actually holds the S pen a bit more securely because Ive had a few close calls at home for where I almost lost it. It took a while to split this one open with a coin but I was able to not need a coin and do something probably by splitting something at the corners. So its now awesome to see that part of a case actually keeps the stylus a bit closer to the car and it wont fall off with a light bump. Thanks so much for this feature because no other case brands so far has had one I could find like this. Also, I liked so far that I didnt need to flatten out any screen protector air bubbles (my previous brand of case didnt even have instructions for its own screen protector included, so I needed to search YouTube for an older video about one) and the silicone or rubber part by the volume and power buttons kept getting flimsy and difficult to use the buttons or make screenshots without taking it further apart. I never even added its included shoulder strap on it. If youre fine with not having a swiveling kickstand and more of wanting your S pen more secure and protected from a deep, this case is for you.

This is a very sturdy case but it has its issues. The first thing I didnt care for was the included screen protector. Most of these cases, that come with these plastic screen protectors, allow you to not use the screen protector. We use glass ones as they dont scratch like these included plastic ones. This usually isnt a big deal because, again, you just dont have to use the included ones on other cases. But this cases design is a 2 piece one. The top part snaps into the lower, and very securely I might add, and the lowers rubber edge wraps around the top and snaps into the top for a very secure hold. The top peace has the included plastic screen protector glued onto it. Removing this plastic screen protector from the top rim is impossible without completely busting up the plastic screen protector. It took me over an hour to completely peel off every last remnant of that plastic screen protector. The second thing I noticed was the fit around the camera lens isnt perfect. It doesnt impede the camera lenses view, it just doesnt look professional. Bottom line is this, if you want a very sturdy case, with an included plastic screen protector, this is a good choice. Its build is very sturdy. And it looks good. But if you want to use your own, glass, screen protector then I would pass on this case.

I bought this after using the standard Samsung keyboard that is intended for the s6. This case makes the tablet feel much less fragile and Im not afraid to set it anywhere. You cannot use the standard Samsung Galaxy tab s6 keyboard with this though because the port is blocked completely. I bought an external Bluetooth keyboard pretty cheap on amazon separately which I use when I want to use the keyboard. I found that for the amount of times that I was actually using the keyboard case, an external keyboard is sufficient. I think the only two downsides I have to this case are that the built-in screen protector has a weird feel since its plastic. In my opinion, I would probably have bought a case without a built-in screen protector. It is not easily removed. In addition, when holding this in my hands, because of the added weight of the durable case, I probably would have preferred one of the cases that has a hand strap. I know that there is a Galaxy tab s6 case with hand strap and no screen protector on Amazon, Id probably buy that one instead. But if you absolutely want a built-in screen protector and no hand strap, this one is the way to go.

The Tab S6 looked fantastic being naked, however it felt like as if I was going to drop at any moment. To solve the problem I was looking for a case that would provide the protection, beauty and functionality. I also got myself a spigen case and a glass screen protector as well which looks super great but provides very minimal protection. And that is where this Supcase shines. The presentation: the case came well packaged and there were film protections on both inside or outside of the built-in screen protector. The case: the case itself looks great and provides adequate protection in my opinion, however it adds a significant amount of bulk compared to viewing the device naked. It feels very good to the touch and doesnt look cheap at all. Screen protector: I like the screen protector although I got some rainbow effects from time to time. Its decently responsive. The only thing I hate about it is the fact that dirt starts getting around the front camera and sensor cutouts. The Kickstand: One major concern that I have to raise is that the Kickstand is not realy flimsy, but the little pin that is supposed to secure it in the open position is almost non existent because it doesnt really stop it from closing. As a result I can see it causing the Kickstand to break prematurely very soon if I let someone like my son use it. The S Pen slot: it greatly secures and protects the S Pen, but because of lack of space and no cut out its a little harder to get the pen out. Although I have to say it doesnt border me much. Ill be back in a couple of weeks to update you guys on ow its holding up.

The best part about this case is that it looks like it gives you the maximum amount of protection that you could get for a Tab S6. The bottom cutout is in the right place for charging, and the speaker, camera and side control buttons are all in the right place. The back kick panel also works well, it really isnt fragile as some reviews say, but you have to take a little bit of time to snap it into the right position. There are two main reasons Im not giving it a better rating. The first is that its quite heavy, but thats not surprising since its a heavy duty case. Theres no way a case that is built to take hard knocks is going to be light. My real beef however is with the built in screen protector. It is basically a plastic sheet that somewhat cuts back on the look of the screen (since the screen is one of the high lights of the S6 it seems like a bad idea to use a screen protector that dulls it) and it makes the on-screen fingerprint detector on the unit hard to use. You are much better off just using a glass screen protector (Im using the Sparin tempered glass protectors), but that still leaves you with the mess of trying to remove the built-in protector. They should at least give you a choice as to whether you want one with the screen protector or not. Some reviews complain about it being hard to take on and off. Ive used a few of these super protective covers in the past and to be honest this one is not particularly hard to take on or off, theyre all about the same - it just takes a bit of time and paying attention to what youre doing.

First of all, let me say that there is nothing fundamentally wrong with this case. The problem (if any) is in my inability to read! I just purchased a new Galaxy Tab S6 and wanted a good sturdy case for it. My previous tablet had lived happily in a faux leather folding case for many years, but I thought Id try out a different style case. This case reminded me quite a bit of cases I had used on phones, so I bought it. Had I fully read the description though, I probably would not have done so. This case comes with a built in plastic screen protector, something I missed in the description. Several years ago I had a similar case on a company iPhone and I had a lot of trouble with the attached screen protector. When I ordered this, I also had ordered a glass screen protector and had already applied it before the case arrived. No real problem, since it was relatively easy to rip off the thin plastic protector and leave the glass one in place. After using the case for a few days, Im relatively happy with it. That being said, I likely will replace it with a leather one in the near future as I find that I miss the feel of the old tablet case. Bottom line is that if you like this type of case for your tablet, this one is a good choice. I just like the folding leather case design a bit better even though it likely provides less protection for the tablet. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five has nothing to do with any of the above, though. The lost star (and I would only take off 1/2 star if I could) is because of the included instructions. They are a bit unclear in how the case comes apart for installation of the tablet. Since Ive used cases like this in the past, it was pretty easy for me to figure it out, but I found the included instructions to be confusing.

Pros: Great combination of lightweight and ruggedness. Feels durable similar to an Otterbox but without the weight and cost. Kickstand is durable and can be used at two different angles (see pictures). S Pen is securely held in place and wont touch the surface of whatever the tablet is put down on. Easy to hold with one hand unlike the cases that have the foldable cover (you have to fold the cover back each time you wan to use the tablet with one hand). Includes a screen protector. Charging port is covered. Good build quality (I have another case by this company for my S7 Edge). Unlike some cases every side of the tablet is covered. Cons: Screen protector is not glass but you should be able to take it out and replace with a tempered glass one. The keyboard docking port gets covered up (in case you need it). May or may not be suitable for a corporate boardroom, I would still take it :). UPDATE and just FYI: I did put a glass screen protector on the tablet (make sure the camera and other sensor dont get covered). Then put the case back together (without removing the plastic screen protector). Everything seems to be working fine so far (its been 2 days). The fingerprint reader doesnt seem to work, but that issue was there prior to the glass screen protector (may need to remove and add finger prints again). Good luck if you try this, hopefully it works for you. Here is the glass screen protector I bought: OMOTON [3 Pack] Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 / Tab S5e 10.5 inch - Tempered Glass/Scratch Resistant
