> 24 hourThis is a truly great case. We first received one in March 2020 for my son’s iPad and it lasted until now (December 2022), where the kickstand broke off. We immediately bought a new one because it has protected the screen flawlessly as well as multiple drops/tumbles. The iPad remains in flawless condition. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourGot this in teal blue for my iPad Mini 5. It fits perfectly and the color and design are awesome; it looks like it is out of a sci-fi movie. It is very rugged but without adding much weight or increasing the size of the Mini. The screen protector is useful and does not diminish the sensitivity of the screen to touch — you don’t even notice that it is here. One thing to do before installing the case is make sure the screen is clean on the inside because, as someone mentioned, it can be difficult (not impossible) to remove. In a way that’s a feature because it means it won’t slip off. My only caveat, and why I did not rate it 5 stars, is that the built-in stand won’t hold it up in the vertical position, it tilts and falls over (works fine in horizontal position). I like to read with a vertical orientation so that annoying ads to the side of e.g. newspaper articles are hidden — that way as I scroll I do not inadvertently activate a link away from my reading. The iPad Mini 5 has a slippery case and the Unicorn Beetle has a higher coefficient of friction that keeps it secure and less prone to sliding off desk or lap and onto the floor. This would be an excellent product for children as well as for adults who wants to add fall and damage protection in a cool-looking package.

> 24 hourI love this case. I’ve had many different cases and keep coming back to this case. Sup case has done an amazing job of creating a case that is not only durable with young kids but also attractive looking. It has a grip around the edges that make it great for holding onto and not getting dropped. The kickstand is amazing! It too is durable. I thought it would be flimsy and break but has proven itself over the course of the last year with kids constantly using the kickstand. Last, I’ve been impressed with the screen protector. It doesn’t scratch easily although it can scratch. The case has proven that dropping (multiple times) doesn’t shatter the protective case or the iPad screen. Friends have ordered this case after seeing ours because they were so impressed with the durability and look of the case. I would highly recommend this case!

> 24 hourAlways used Otter box cases. Bought this case on a hope it would hold up. And I cant believe the case is as strong & sturdy as it is. Turned out to be an exalant case for the money.

> 24 hourBought my toddler a mini 5th gen and needed a case on it badly. Bought a foam one for kids that didn’t fit and I need to return. This was delivered just in the black packaging no box. It fit perfectly! I am glad I spent the extra money to get an otter box knockoff. Let’s hope to protects the screen as intended

> 24 hourI use my iPad for several purposes where some require a case and other times it is overkill and bulky. I wanted a case that I could apply and remove frequently. I must have added and removed this case at least 100 times by now, hence the review. It has held up great and protected my iPad for several 2 - 3 foot drops. No scratches or dents on the iPad and no obvious damage to the case. After a few weeks, I started to have infrequent issues with the touch screen. I dont know if it was related to the plastic screen protector from this case on top of another screen protector applied directly to the iPad, so I removed the plastic screen protector glued to the case (that glue is strong!). Removing took a bit of pressure, but it did not damage the rest of the case. When in the case, my iPad sits in the sun in a cockpit which can get quite warm. Coming from an iPad without a case, I have not noticed a difference in overheating using the new iPad Mini 5. While I rarely use the kick-stand, it has worked great and stood well the few times I used it. While I would have liked a way to stand the iPad in the portrait orientation, it was not a deal-breaker for me. The buttons work great through the case and are easy to press. If I were to have one recommendation for the case, it would be to make the buttons a little more obvious (they blend very well with the rest of the case).
