This toy is not well made for Parrots. the cardboard ring that basically holds it together just gets chewed up by the bird. you have to take the whole thing apart to put in the paper and it is not easy to do.

My severe macaw loves the toys with the receipt paper rolls. Pulling out long pieces of paper and shredding it rocks when you are a parrot. Small human children might also really enjoy this toy.

My cockatoo and grey love this toy. Yes, they shred the paper and (eventually) the paper ring, but thats the point!! I bought a case of adding machine paper to replace the paper with. Even chewed on, the ring lasts me a couple of months.

This is the best parrot toy ever and every parrot owner should have one. You just have to buy calculator tape at Walmart and refill it when it is empty. With parrot toys costing so much to just be destroyed this one last. I have had the other one for over 2 years and finally bought a new one. it is my parrots favorite toy to shred the paper

Duke enjoys shredding the paper, not to mention the bell on the bottom. This toy has lasted him much longer than most, plus the paper is refillable.

My African Gray loves this toy! The paper roll has lasted for about 2 months so far. He also loves to chew on the cardboard ring! When the paper runs out, Ill be buying him another one!

My African Grey loves this. Some days she will destroy an entire roll of paper. Then she will hang upside down and ring the bell.

This is a must have for African Greys and is my parrots absolute favorite toy. To ensure he always has paper available to shred I buy cases of register tape. As long as I keep the paper roll changed out he doesnt shred the ring.
