Super Immune Plus Lysine - 90 vegicaps,(Quantum Health)

This is some strong stuff.

I dreaded the cheap stamped tablets with what felt like a razor sharp edge that used to scratch my throat. These here on the other hand are capsules which slide down my throat without even feeling them. I purchased capsules from three different brands: Source Naturals L-Lysine, Country Life L-Lysine with B-6, and Super Immune Plus Lysine. The Super Immune Plus has some extra stuff in it that I was curious to try. I have not taken it long enough to make any assessment. As far as the ingredients, the L-Lysine supplement, is for me without a doubt a miracle supplement. I started taking it when I saw one of my colleagues at work taking it to suppress canker sores. So I thought I would give it a try and I am happy to report that I have not had a canker sore inside my mouth in 3 years, whereas I used to get it twice per year, and would last close to 4 weeks each time. I take a regular maintenance dose of a couple caps a day. If I feel stressed out or feel a slight tingle in my mouth I go to 4 caps in the morning and 4 at night. I actually also have the power form of Lysine that I can shovel into a cup and mix it with coarse metamucil, and water and drink it, but it is a bit of a pain to do that. Caps are much more convenient. I found Lysine also helps to curb other viral annoyances such as blisters. I have not had any side effects, just relief.

I only began taking these as I was feeling under the weather. I prefer to take natural products over meds anytime. So between taking 3 of these a day and the combo of honey/apple cider vinegar, I am feeling better today. Will buy again.

Love this product,had to take Prednisone and definitely needed a boost.Now off I still continue to use it.If I feel a fever blister coming on take 2 and give it a day,gone......BOOYAH!

This blend that doesnt include things like echinacea or licorice is one I have used as needed for over a decade. I cant do echinacea which many of their blends include so this one is especially helpful. I use it when I am feeling under the weather as well as when the cycle just isnt right (crampy), when blood sugar or pressure just gets too high, and as I feel like it. I have taken as much as 2 three times a day to just 1 a day and always can notice a difference. For me I do not have any side effects but everyone is different.
