Perfect for my use...replace cystals on an old chandelier.

Clearly NOT glass. They are plastic...some scratched. Threw one at my stone floor just to make sure...just scratched more, definitely did not break as it is some kind of acrylic or plastic crap.

Bough a $10 brass chandelier. Painted it and added teardrops and chain to take it over the top.

I use these for my Christmas’s decorations. They are great on tree, wreaths and garlands. You can use them in many ways. It adds sparkle without being gaudy. I also make ornaments for gifts. They look great on presents.
