I like just about everything about this label printer. The labels are easy to design in the free amply featured phone app. One of my main uses is to lable vacuum sealed bags of food either split up from a bulk purchase or batch cooked for the freezer. The lables dont smear or fall off when wet or frozen. They also look great when applied to generic containers. Customer service is also great. I had a problem which when the company found out about it they were quick to take care of it to my complete satisfaction. I can highly recommend the E-10 lable printer.

Super easy to use, speed printing plus a good collection of fonts.

The unit is cute small and did as expected but only worked 3 times then no longer printed. Of course it died after the amazon Return window ended. Customer service blew me off, said they would help then ghosted me. Don’t waste your money.

I bought this since they had a selection of refills and it came with a roll to start with. Worked great and liked the results. Now I am attempting to find simple white continuous roll refills.. NOT POSSIBLE The instructions are to visit the supvan store once opened this store freezes on the phone and fails with an error everytime. But I did manage to see that there are no continuous white rolls offered. There are several colors of specific size labels when searching Amazon for E10 refills. Colors and background prints in different sizes but again no continuous white rolls. I managed to find a yellow continuous roll but the wait is 1 -4 months for shipping. UNACCEPTABLE How are they able to include a plain white continuous roll with purchase of a printer yet unable to supply them for those that already purchased the printer. I feel ripped off over something so simple.

My 1st impression was to return it. Couldnt connect to iPhone. 1 simple solution, contact support. Within seconds, got it working fast. This label maker is fast, accurate, lots of options and the support from Tom was perfect!
