This case is thin but sturdy. The stand is for landscape view and has two angles. The stand does grip well. The case can be used in portrait view, but will not stand on its own. The case has openings for all ports, the speakers, camera, and microphones. I bought two, one for my husband and one for myself. It fits the Galaxy tab A7 10.4 (2020).

Only used the headphone jack twice, once to test it out, once to listen to music for an hour right after I got it. Then this past week, wanted to watch a movie on it with my headphones and wouldnt work...sound keeps coming out of the speakers whether headphones plugge in or not. Its not my headphones, as they work fine with my phone. Crap! I wrote the above before I thought to call Samsungs 800 number for warranty service. Was I ever surprised at what great help I got. I left a call back number to avoid a 30 min and within 30 got a call from a Pro Support guy who was attentive, kind and ready to help me. I allowed him remote access to the tablet and in under 10 mins he had the headphone jack working, as it was a software problem, rather than broken hardware. Yeah! So Ive changed my review from one to 5 stars, as in every other way this tablet is the best Ive ever owned and I like it better than my 3 yr old Samsung Galaxy. Faster processor, better screen with beautiful colors, better sound out of the speakers and will work w/ our librarys weird app RBDigital, so I can check out and read 100s of mags on it for free. I cant get any other device I own, phones, laptop, desktop, to work with the RBD app, so am really happy about this. Also has a great sized screen and plenty of memory (I also put in a big chip) to download movies from both Netflix and Ama Prime, which I do and that works great. Very happy now that headphones are working again as I can watch movies or listen to Pandora/Ama Music without bothering anyone. Very happy again. Ive owned this tablet since Nov 2020.

Would be great if there was the feature where the cover could spin.

I have had this product for a little over a year and I am pleased with its durability. I dont take it out and about as I only use it when working from home, but I am sure it would endure the lugging around in public places I am happy to have made the purchase.

I had not purchased an Android Based tablet for at least 10 years. I was using Ipads/Air in recent years. The tablet surprised me with its sharp focus viewing photos and seamless buffering while watching Live Sports streaming and Netflix looks amazing too. I am very happy with the ability to expand to increase the memory because it’s a very good option to pay a little more for a whole lot of memory.
