> 3 dayMy first Susan Bates Weaving Needle was purchased in 1998 and over all the subsequent years never got lost despite a cross-country move, many vacations, and my own general forgetfulness. That is, never got lost until early 2012. I tried hunting for it between seat cushions with a magnet attached to the end of a stick, thats how desperate I was. Since it didnt surface, I ordered two more - one for my travel bag and one for home. Then the first one showed up, so there were three...and then somehow two of them got lost. This was infuriating, so I ordered one more.

> 3 dayI bought these for sashiko embroidery since loose weave fabric is used. Works great

> 3 dayGreat weaving needle! I needed a 5-inch needle for a crochet project, and this is one of the best options that came up! Not only was the shipping fast; but the product is great too. Needle is sturdy and has held up to use. No complaints, great if you need to add a tapestry/weaving needle to your crafter’s toolkit!

> 3 dayThis needle was recommended as a must have for making Swedish weave/huck embroidery afghans using monks cloth. While its length does save some time in stitching long pattern runs, I feel that the size of the head is too large for the floats. It does go through, but not smoothly. I much prefer the smaller tapestry needle that Ive been using.
