> 3 dayMay be, that is how swaddle would be , but these are too long for our liking. It takes extra effort to tighten it perfectly.. We have switched to velcro swaddles already now most of the case.. Just check size before you buy.. From quality ooint of view, these are great..!! Smooth and soft material. Used after initial wash only and great

> 3 dayThese have been a lifesaver for my 6 mo+ old! Big enough to use as a nursing cover, emergency burp cloth, or blanket for extra warmth. I used them on a trip to Mexico in the summer and they also did well as sunshade in the car seat while not being too hot. I wash them on delicate and dry them on low heat and they turn out very soft.

> 3 dayI searched high and low for these types of swaddles in stores and could never find some that I liked or the patterns were ugly but these are absolutely great! These are really well made and the fabric is so nice and light weight. They are the most perfect size and once folded into a triangle for swaddling, they hold my baby so tight and well. Sometimes she manages to slip an arm through but she sleeps so well once shes swaddled in these. Happy that I bought these!!

> 3 dayLove these for babies. They are large enough to wrap them snugly. Perfect for all seasons not to hot in summer but warm enough to use in winter too. I love the large size and how soft they are. They make great lovies or security blankets because they dont take up a lot of room and can be used to cover them if needed so you dont have to drag more then one thing along.

Greater than one weekWe have quite the collection of the more famous (and expensive) brand muslin swaddles left over from my second child. When I had my third child, we knew we wanted to swaddle again, but my son still uses the other swaddles as blankies for bedtime. I didnt want to traumatize him by taking all his blankies away to use for the new baby, but I also didnt want to shell out a ton of money for all-new swaddles when we already had a big collection, so I decided to take my chances on the lower-priced but well-reviewed SwaddleDesigns. What do you know? These are just as fine as the other brand of swaddles. They fluff up nice in the washer and dryer, and--most importantly for us since I tend to have kids that plump up quickly in the first 6 months--theyre just as big as the other ones, roughly 46 or 47 square, depending on how they shrink when washed. Smaller swaddles at the same price point as these just dont last us as long for swaddling purposes. Its only been a little over 2 months, but with daily use theyve held up well--no holes, tears, or anything. One thing I somewhat dislike about them is that the printed designs are much lighter and subtle than others on the market. The designs are cute but not overpowering. If you want big, brightly printed swaddles, youll be disappointed. However, I did buy these for function, not design, so I wont deduct a star for that--plus I have nothing against the designs themselves and will probably end up buying another set soon. I think Ill be recommending and buying these as gifts for new moms over other brands for now on.

> 3 dayI like the size and texture of theseand the cute tag that ahows you how to swaddle. I wanted a more girlish color of blanket and saw these online but the colors on the the patterns are too muted though and you can barely see it. I have another brand of muslin swaddle blankets and I like them better than these. The reason is because my baby can break free from this swaddle everytime I use these. With the other brand she stays swaddled nicely. I am a baby nurse so am used to swaddling babies. I am not sure what the issue is. Makes me sad after spending the money on these blankets for her.

Greater than one weekThese were okay blankets. The gold in the blankets is a different fabric and is scratchier. It also doesn’t stretch well when there is a lot of the gold pattern because of the type of fabric it is.

> 3 dayThese blankets are versatile. I use them as blankets, burp clothes, nursing cover, car seat cover, and even a blanket to keep me warm. They are the perfect size for doing a variety of things. Love these blankets. We don’t swaddle with them though because my daughter doesn’t like being swaddled but we tried once with these and it worked great.

> 3 dayI was gifted the same brand of Muslin blankets for my baby shower a few years ago and was so glad I got them! So when my cousin got pregnant, it was a no brainer gift item for her. Theyre huge and they get softer every time you wash them. I used them for everything; swaddling, burp/spit cloths, breastfeeding cover, and my daughter used it as a lovey for upwards of almost 2 years! They still held strong but soft and I would buy them again in a heartbeat!
