07-06-2025This is an amazing product but needs different hook on end my macaw can take it off the bars within a minute. Other than that this is a very sturdy toy that last and for a macaw if you own one you know any toy doesn’t last long lol, my last swing like this one last me over a year so highly would recommend!

> 3 dayIt was a perfect swing for my fid until I tried to wash it for the first time .. it rusted the same day and it wasn’t even soaking wet .. unhappy that it did that. Wasn’t able to give it back to my bird but he loved it while he had the chance

Greater than one weekI was so disappointed. I was looking forward to adding this swing to my birds cage. I couldnt because the chain was so rusted on it when it arrived. Rust would be toxic to my bird if ingested.

07-06-2025My bird has not sat on it yet, but I cant blame the unit itself; I blame her! Shes just really skittish. Shell sit and look at it for a while, get closer, withdraw, then off to another perch. Shell get there and when she does, I wont have to trim her claws anymore, hopefully.
