> 3 daythese cloth mop pads are really nice to have and hold a surprising amt of moisture, i really like day to day use of these with a good cleaning 1-2 times a week. they are also wonderful for spot cleaning. okay, like anything that contains moisture, these pads are wetter as you approach the bottom ones so when you take them out they drip quite q bit. as you begin mopping with them you can sort of see it streak but if you go over the spot a couple times the moisture evens out. then after you use it a little while put more pressure on it and you can get a good bit more use of it. my kitchen is approx. 12x14 feet and i can mop entire area with just one pad. i hope this helps answer any questions someone may have about how much fluid is in the pads and how much one can use it. i actually mopped my floor with these after my dogs had been all over it a couple of days and then i took my steamer mop with a white pad to see how well the wet mop pads cleaned the floor and they did surprisingly well. there was some dirt left over but far less than i had expected, white steam mop pad had a little dirt but not even thinly covered.

> 3 dayI love these cloths--theyre the best for sweeping--way better job than a broom. A broom just pushes a lot of the dirt and dust around and you dont end up getting all of it. I use the dry Swiffer as a broom, but lots of dirt, dust, and hair sticks to it, which helps get my floors a lot cleaner than a broom would. I do NOT recommend using the wet Swiffers at all. I used to use them all the time. I couldnt figure out why my kids feet were always black from walking on the floor, since I used the Swiffers every night. I complained to the tile company that their tiles were making my kids feet black (and my socks when Id walk in socks on the floor). Reps from the tile company came out and explained that the chemicals from the wet Swiffer were actually attracting dirt and making my floors dirtier. I didnt believe them until they cleaned some tiles with Windex until they came out clean and left no more black residue on the cloth. They advised me to only clean my floors with ammonia products. So, I started using ammonia and water, and sometimes Windex. No more black feet, no more black socks! So, stay away from Swiffer wet and similar products. The Swiffer dry is the best for hard surface floors, however in my opinion.

> 3 dayI love all the Swiffer products but they are too expensive to use all the time. These do a good job of cleaning, but I use them sparingly.

Greater than one weekI have a Maine Coon cat that is a big fur ball. I run this over my hardwood floors everyday and the stuff that gets picked up is amazing. This is also good for a quick dusting of furniture used as a dust rag.
