> 24 hourRecently dropped a barn on my kids swing set and needed to replace it. Built one for them and tried to use the old swing set hardware (and was able to re use some but some was not worth saving). Purchased this and they work as described. I used different bolts however because I had to attach two 2x6 boards together for the main swing set foundation and was afraid using the bolts provided wouldn’t give proper support screwing in between two boards. Replaced with bolts and worked just fine.

> 24 hourThought these would work for our kids jungle gym (had predrilled holes ready to go) so we ordered this product based on reviews. The screws are way too short and need nuts to hold a swing going into a jungle gym. Otherwise they just slide right through the hole. A normal jungle gym needs at least a 6” screw with a nut and washer. This is not for that. These screws are half the size. Disappointed but we’ll just buy the screws elsewhere since the quality of the swing anchor is at least good

> 24 hourThis hardware is fantastic. It is silent, zero creaking or anything like that. The only noise are the chains slack and some zip ties worked for that. Weve all been at the park with the deafening creaky swing, or the cheap unsafe swing hardware at a friends house. This is not that. I have been complemented more than once on the hardware for the swing, Im not even kidding. My friends and family must be SUPER cool. But seriously it looks and acts high quality

> 24 hourThe screws that it comes with are not the most durable in terms of holding in place in the wood. One set slipped out of the wood (due to heavy rain????). We got bolts and nuts as per other reviewers’ suggestions and now the swings are quiet and sturdy!

> 24 hourSo these are great, BUT I am really disappointed that the seller or manufacturer wont just come out and say what type of mounting hardware to use. If you read through the questions and answers, everyone wants to know what screws to use, but they just keep saying to consult a professional. Seriously? A professional swing set installer to help you with the simple install of a DYI product you did not buy from them? How much is that going to cost? If we were wanting to hire a professional, we would not be buying this on Amazon. Are they that afraid of the liability that they wont share this top-secret info with us? I used the 3/8 stainless steel screws that others recommended. But the heads on the screws are too small so you have to use a large washer to get it to work. My only concern with this is it seems the washer is now what is really holding everything together, but it is the thinnest, weakest part of the system. Please Jungle Gym Kingdom, just tell us how you designed these hangers to be installed. Are we supposed to use 1/2 screws instead? Is there some special fastener out there you have in mind? I put mine in a 4x6 beam. Im sure most people are installing into beams. Give us some help here.
