Swiss Safe Israeli Sterile Compression Bandage, for Emergency Wound Dressing, First Aid and Trauma Kit, 6 inch, 10 Pack

03-06-2025This is only an okay pressure bandage, and I dont recommend it for emergencies. -After you take off the first packaging (which opens easily), there is more packaging which does not open easily at all. You must use scissors to open it. This takes away life-saving time. -When you take out the bandage, you need to unfold all of it before you get to the absorbent pad and plastic tensioner. It should be rolled up so that you can immediately start to wrap the wound as soon as you open it.

> 3 dayMost hiking is done far away from roads and quick emergency service. When accidents happen, they are usually small band aid fixes. But not all and being prepared for falls and major injuries is a matter of life. This is why I carry large dressings and a tourniquet in addition to a small kit of band aids. Even for day hikes. A sterile compression bandage that can be applied to yourself is a great asset. Thanks for bringing the to the marketplace.
