Did anyone get this and the case stinks of a weird odor and when I pulled my switch out tonight it smelled lf the case odor?

Everything in this package, and I mean EVERYTHING, smells like a mixture of basement, cigarette smoke, and muck. I have wiped everything off with alcohol wipes, but only time will tell if the gross smell will go away. It makes me not want to play my Switch, which literally defeats the purpose. Everything is there though, and the set is a good deal. Minus two stars for the stink.

Most everything was as expected, nothing amazing. A few issues. ((Quick summary for TL:DR viewers) This is good for a quick buy if you just need the carrying case for the space inside it but there are plenty better options if you’re looking for more long term use.) Actual case came dirty with black smudges along the outside Pen/Stylus works Screen glass was intact Stickers are cute Keychain was fine Thumb covers are nice Game card case was as expected Game stand was as expected Switch shell falls short of expectations and will not be used Rating lies in the cover/shell that comes with the bundle. It’s bendable plastic, not as stiff as expected. Harder than the soft TPU silicone covers but not as hard as a normal plastic cover. The edge of my controller cover pieces had errors in the plastic like it melted along the edge or didn’t form right when molded. The center piece for the back of the screen portion is a very loose fit and doesn’t cover the whole bottom side so the tiniest movement or pressure makes the whole backing pop right off and into your lap. In conclusion: I tried sticking to the facts as much as I could rather than opinion. This will probably just be a traveling case for myself. It’s a cute color and can hold a lot of my accessories. The actual case is a bit too big to be comfortable in my every day carry around the house.

This case is a nice color, feels sturdy, better quality than I expected for a budget case. The joy con covers that it came with felt really nice too. I am returning this case only because it’s just a tiny bit too small to fit everything I need in it (charger, 8bitdo snes pro controller, small doc, hdmi, and switch). The original switch charger does fit and there is a little room for some games or another small item but that’s it. I would recommend this case to anyone that doesn’t care about limited storage space.
