Same price, same quality and same performance as my local hardware store brand. I bought these here because I couldnt find the in the hardware store, otherwise no difference between the two.

Works well but you have to learn how to work them.

Was really skeptical about these, but they work well.

Thin wheels will break off the small tips when too much pressure is applied.

Must be used at the slowest speed possible or they fly apart.

I tried these on several different mediums, and they are pretty useless....wood, antler, and non ferrous metals... There didnt appear to be anything resembling Grit on any of them .

A mirror finish is easily obtainable with proper use of these radial discs. And I’ve used them On silver, gold and brass as well! They are long lasting and a fraction of the cost of the major brands. If you’re not getting an awesome finish then you’re not using them correctly. These are not high speed discs, so set your tool to about 15,000 RPM and let the disc do the work. Only the tips need to touch the surface of the material, so applying lots of pressure is not advised. Be sure to mount the discs with the arms pointing to the right. Otherwise, they will fly apart! Disclaimer: I purchased a seventh disc that’s a 2,000 grit.

The product description says its better than other rotary tool abrasives. Dont get me wrong, these do work, but they get used up rapidly under any use application that has a high RPM. I would suggest only using these at the lowest speeds and for situations where you need to get in a gap that cant be done with other bits, sanders, or brushes. If you can use a different option, then do that. I wouldnt be so critical if the cost for the item wasnt nearly $20. Its just a lot of money for something that is going to be consumed RAPIDLY if used heavily at all.

    1. They are plastic. 2. They are cheap plastic. 3. They are cheap plastic with no grit at all and break in under 3 minutes. If you are looking to buy over priced plastic that does nothing but break and leave no effect on your jewelry then this is a great purchase. However, I make jewelry that needs to be properly sanded, polished, and finished… and this was a waste of time, money, and effort.
