I ordered this heating pad bc my chiropractor uses the same one in his office. It worked fine until one day it just decided to stop working. I’ve never been more ticked in my life. Customer service sucks here. Do not order here. So much for the 1 year warranty!

I bought this because I was constantly struggling to balance my curling iron or straightener on the counter, but I was always worried about burning the counter. This takes away that worry because I can just set it down on the mat and not have to worry about it. I love the way it rolls up as well! Highly recommend.
