Works flawlessly with the DS 720+. The cost is high for RAM but using another unapproved modul will cause problems. For example; shut downs, data lose, clicking HDDs. Outright system crashes and random freezing.

Worked perfectly from the outset. I really dont stress my NAS but I wanted to ensure the best performance from the start. Got the Synology extended warranty so wanted to get a factory approved part.

It works as expected. Easy installation. Follow ESD installation guidelines.

Worked as described in my DS220+. Nice to have the additional memory to run more VMs, containers, and full-text search. Went from the stock, soldered 2 GB to at total of 6 GB. I have a pair of 4 TB HDDs running in RAID 1 on this NAS.
