Before installation, I tried to get through 8-1/2 pages of fine print, and 157 pages if instruction. Cant recall all of it. Attempted to run setup.exe. On the first try, it locked up my computer searching for something--after 30 minutes of 0% progress and no way to restart, I pulled the plug. Tried again - - after requiring that I remove all of my anti virus, malware, etc., Setup.exe restarted. The install program went part way, to a restart point, then returned to step one. This recurred 3 times before I gave up - - my computer is functioning now, sans the benefit of Total McAfee, and anti Malware.

> 24 hourFirst of all, I have been using this product for about 10 years. Initially it was one of the best on the market for a multiple protection, utility, and cleaning program. About three years ago, I started noticing a downward turn on operation within the Windows environment. Customer service, once a strong point, has become more or less a dont bother me process. Unfriendly and short are the best descriptions of my last two encounters with their customer service. I made up my mind to go with a different program this year after having problems with Systemsuite shutting down without notice and being on the internet thinking you are protected and later notice that Systemsuite has been off for who knows how long. The other problem I have encountered is the excessive use of resources Systemsuite is now using and the prolonged start-up time as a result of this program. I looked over all of the options and decided to give Systemsuite one more chance. Starting about a month ago, I started getting Advertisements on my desktop for Products that they carry. I wrote to SystemSuite and told them that I have been a very long time user of their product but that the very reason I use a program like Sysremsuite is to block and protect me from things like pop-up ads on my system. Their reply was one of a who cares point of view. I wrote them back again and told them of my displeasure with the what I consider malware that they have included in their program and was told that they would pass it on. No concern what so ever about a long-time customer and my concern over the personal violation of their computer with pop-up ads that could not be turned off. I informed them that I would no longer renew my program and would give another Utility program a try. Now I just have to find one that works like Systemsuite use to and that has been a problem too.

> 24 hourBecause of a shady Driver Detective program; I had to have my Lenovo computer de-bugged and tuned up by an on-line computer service. At the time of said servicing, I had already ordered System Suite but had not yet received it. The computer technician that tuned up my computer advised against installing System Suite, but as System arrived in a few days, I did anyway. That is to say, I just put the installation CD in, I did not complete the installation, nor did I register, just put the CD in, looked it over, then stopped the Install.exe....didnt matter......System Suite somehow managed to install enough to conflict with my Trend Micro Titanium security, and apparently, to Uninstall even the briefest of System Suite takes a professional. My computer now routinely crashes, and try as I might, I cannot get System Suite, or Net Defense, or any of the other parasite programs off my computer. They simply will not uninstall, or I should say, it will take a professional and another $90 to get System Suite off......and mind you, I did not even install System Suite. Just the most cursory of pre-inspection with no install.exe begun or completed. Obviously, just by placing the CD into my computer, I picked up enough to interfere with proper function.

> 24 hourcustomer service awful. waited 3 hours on hold yester; never got through, they should hire some of the obama programer; total conusion onthe versions and updates in customer service. As fast as you get an update, ther is a patch for it. They are a sub to a french company . Big surpise

> 24 hourI have used system suite for several years now. I have never had a virus. If anything the tools that come with this program help maintain your computer so it runs fast and clean. I would recommend this product to anyone.

> 24 hourIve been using earlier versions of this product for a while now. Each update gets more user friendly. You can set up a schedule for it to run itself, which is easily taylorable to your specific needs and uses. Or you can handle the maintainance and do it yourself.(I do a combination of both). Would highly recommend this over some of the pricier big names in the utilities game!
