Greater than one weekWhen i was using it, random buttons were being pressed. I set my controller down and random things were happening in the middle of a game. Didn’t work as it should.

> 3 dayThis was a really good controller, a little hard to get used to because the buttons are really firm. The problem is, I ordered this on February 22nd. It is now May 16th and it stopped working. Overall its a good controller this might be just a me thing.

1. Connect the controller to P4:

- 1.If something’s wrong with the product, it can be reset.
- How to reset: Please stab the switch in the small hole on the back of the product and re-pair with the host to check if it is normal.
- 2.If you can not connect to PS4, please use the cable included in the package instead of the original cable,delete the name of the Bluetooth installed in the PS4, and try again.
