Works perfect. I would advise a different tool kit to purchase for long-term use and with different projects. This was my first time replacing a screen. My advice is to take your time and follow YouTube tutorials. Also, When you are removing the old screen, please be very careful with the heat gun and any glass that may shatter. The glass shards are extremely small and will cut you.

Worked very well but glass is super fragile, but a protector on and be gentle as it will crack. But the price i cant really complain.

Cleaned up the tablet screen. When I gently pulled the tab that peels the protection film off the new screen glass all the adhesive peeled off with the film instead of staying on the glass. Not usable. Waste of money.

Tools provided were flimsy and the metal tool was too thick which could not lift any pins or clips. Ended up damaging the digitizer with this replacement.

Replaced the broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy SM-T380. Getting the old one off was the hardest part. Once you get it off and cleaned up installing the new one was pretty simple. The adhesive strip came preinstalled and stuck good. I dont think this screen shows fingerprints as bad as the original. The I would definitely suggest watching a couple of videos on you tube on how to do it. Youre going to need a heat source to get the old one off. I used my heat gun and the tools that came with it. After a little work it came off without messing anything up.

I followed a youtube tutorial which got me to the point of connecting the ribbon on the digitizer to the phone. These old eyes could not see how to connect it properly, wasnt working for me. I even tried a a magnifying glass, was just too small for my eyes. Soooo, I took it to a repair shop, and had them finish the install for an additional $30 of labor. $30 well spent, I am soooo pleased, as my sons tablet is like a new tablet again! Cant beat the price. The shop I brought my tablet to would have charged at least $80 for just the digitizer then labor to remove the old one and replace the new one. Saved a decent amount of money even doing it almost myself lol.
