ended up working like it should. touch id no longer works because its not an OEM home button but a much cheaper option. as far as performance and looks, it looks and works just like the original. came with sticky adhesive for the ribbon cable as well. very fast installation, would buy another one from this company if needed.

Good for the money but need instructions to be included. Adhesion is mediocre I had to use B7000 glue with needle pin to make sure button won’t fall in. But in general it is ok and will definitely save your iPad in case you have original button faulty.

Bought this for my a2197 model iPad, absolutely does not work!!! Not sure where all the positive reviews are from. I’ve replaced several of these on different models from other sellers and had no issues, but this one did not work at all. And of course I’m out the money because I highly doubt they will take it back since it got damaged when I had to pull the brand new screen off to get back to this piece.

Decent replacement but note that you will lose Touch ID.

Worked as describe. Replacing the home button was very difficult due to the iPad’s design andI have stubby fingers. Pay attention to how the original home button is oriented and take a few pictures before and during removal.

A friend broke his touch screen on his ipad. After buying a replacement touch & top screen and this home button, his ipad looks almost brand new!

You wont be disappointed.... I used these to take out very tiny screws from my son ipad, I did it without any issues or damaging the screw
