Tamron C1FE 67mm Front Lens Cap

Fits my Tamron 24-70mm perfectly

Exact replacement for one I lost, perfect.

I cannot understand why all lens manufacturers dont go to this style lens cap. Allows installation and removal easily with lens hood attached and even without hood the cap just makes sense, far better than Canon supplied lens caps. Also much more solidly built than manufacturer supplied ones.

Tamron Caps are a must have for any lens unless it has a Nikon one on it, plain and simple! I only give the Nikon one a bit of an edge due to the fact I like the inner grip a bit better. Its strait where these are curved. I use the outside edge 9/10ths of the time so no biggie really. Not worth paying twice the price for the Nikon. Both stays on the lens and dont fall off with the slightest bump like Canon, Sigma and the others I have tried. Cant believe Im doing a review of a lens caps, but with the price of lenses it is well worth adding to the cart to make sure its well protected. Got lenses make sure they have Tamron Caps on them unless its Nikon. If your Nikon Cap gets lost replace with Tamron and save some cash for same protection and stay on power.
