Compré la tapa porque se me cayó la original en un día de fotografía de montaña. Estuve barajando comprar una más barata compatible, pero finalmente opté por comprar la original de Tamron. El precio no se me iba y al fin y al cabo, ya la conozco.

もともと付いていたキャップがいつの間にか外れて紛失してしまい購入。メーカー名の無いものもありましたがメーカー名がある方を購入。プロテクター側のキャップが引っかかる溝が短いのが原因のようなので、プロテクターの購入も検討中。当面はなくさないように気を付けて行くしかありません

I lost my lens cap off my Canon 40 D and bought this Tamron62mm cap to replace it. After several months, it still fits and works well with no problems. Just what I needed. It fits securely and comes on/off easily. I was happy to find a replacement online.

Snaps on the 72mm lens. Stays on okay. Protects the lens and lens filter from getting scratched when carrying around. Its a little annoying when going to take photos though. The very reason it works so well to protect the lens, may prevent me from snapping a photo immediately. This is especially true if I go into absent minded auto-pilot mode. I catch myself trying to fire a picture right after removing the camera from the bag. Fortunately removing is quick and very easy. Push the tabs in to release. Shove the cap into the bag or my pocket and I am good to go. Then when I am done remember to put the cap back on. If not, then at least there are replacements, even if they are priced a little higher than Id like.

Perfect replacement for lens cap I lost. Would totally buy another one of these. Fits perfectly. Solid connection.
