These are excellent needles for thicker threads used in needlepoint and can be used in both 18 count canvas (to enlarge the holes for specialty threads) as well as for 16 and 13 count canvas. They are smooth gliding and relieve hand stress.

I bought two packages so I could thread them all, park my needles and stitch away on my needlepoint. Perfect for larger thread canvases (Mine are ten count.) Highly recommend. Would buy again.
