I got this slim case mainly for traveling with my laptop. So, I was very pleased to discover that even though it’s slim, the two compartments are very roomy, offering enough space for adding more essential items

Super useful to carry your laptop and is slim, light and spacious. Has a shoulder strap and many compartments to put your belongings.

Loved it I got everything and more only thing I would say is my computer was too big for the front pocket and the interior should have another sleeve to hold the laptop more securely, it’s only a 16 “ Mac book so if you have a larger one it will fit as it makes mine look tiny in it. Lots of space to stick things and super light weight I got lots of compliments on it as well a great buy

I thought this would have more pockets and better cushioning. Its not bad, but I wouldnt run to purchase again or recommend to a friend as a must have. Its a simple sturdy bag.

Amazon product page shows this bag, TCT027, as the 16 bag. When the product arrives, you find out that Targus calls their TCT027 bag the 15.6 bag. The exterior dimensions Targus puts on the product tag (which I have verified as correct) are 16.14x2.36x12.2. For my application, I needed that extra half inch - so ding one star overall. Other than that, for this price point, the bag is exceptionally well constructed. It is made in Cambodia and not China. The shoulder strap anchor D-rings on the bag itself are sewn AND riveted... the webbing handles are box and X stitched. The seams have a bead welt on the exterior face and the interior hems are finished with webbing to cover the raw edges - makes for a bag that is flexible but still holds its shape . The zippers are good quality and operate very smoothly. This bag opens from the top - so, if you slip your laptop in and forget to zip up, it cannot fall out the bottom. Except for the top zipper area, all the rest of the bag feels as if it is padded internally with about 1/4 closed cell foam. The exterior is a nice grade of Cordura-type material and the interior has a grey lining.

Its slim; its light; has lots of storage space. Its just great.

This bag is good for laptops and iPads and also has a front compartment to hold accessories, however the pocket isn’t big enough for too many peripherals.

It and my wheelie suitcase get tossed in and out of trunks, stuffed in top bins on trains, dropped in between and my stuff and it have remained perfectly intact and functional. The main compartment is space to be be desired but I think thats more my needs changing. Even still I would be content to keep using it if I hadnt gotten a larger laptop recently. This has held up and survived one international trip and roughly five or six road trips. My wheelie suitcase? Lets just sat its not so wheelie anymore
