> 24 hourTwo of the boxes on my last order had defective zippers. I did not complete my storage assignment within the 30 days (which I did not know about) because of medical/health reasons. I have ordered and used several of these storage boxes and have been very satisfied with the purchase. Now I have 2 boxes I cant use, and the merchant will not replace them. Very bad customer service. They should print on the order how long customers have to return damaged items.
