Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Talcum Powder 100g (07155)

I really enjoy this talc powder, seems like at first when I used it, the smell was overpowering and had a strong hit of the sandalwood scent. Once used a couple of times, the scent calms down. Powder itself is great, works awesome after shaving neck hair and wearing a collared shirt at work all day. Also helped with razor burn on neck after using old razor!

Ive used Caswell-Masseys Sandalwood Talc (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006NYUYI/) for almost a year, but I tried this product on a whim - it has a much better smell and absorbs moisture just as well. This is my new favorite talc for after a shower.

I purchased this because I liked the Sandalwood Aftershave of the same brand, but I must say that I am impressed. It smells pretty much like the Aftershave or Cologne, which is something like a clean spicy heat, with a hint of wood and a touch of old man. Its a scent Id imagine the Dos Equis Most interesting man in the world to wear. Also its going to be primarily a winter scent, its not the best smell for an already hot day. Now about the Talc itself; I have to mention that ive never used Talc until this product but its great for dry skin from harsh soaps, and its great for days that you know youll sweat but you dont want to look like you just came out the Atlantic Ocean. Personally sweat tons when I workout and on just general hot days, but this stuff, while its not going to stop you from sweating completely, itll cut about 45-55% of out of the equation. And on hot days I rarely sweat at all unless its in the high 90s and even then its not as much as it would be. Another good feature is how smooth it goes on. It blends in very well and doesnt sweat off or turn your shirt colors. I also use it occasionally on my neck/ under chin area, when i screw up shaving since it helps to lighten the area. Lastly the amount. If you are using it every day (I do not) in moderation itll probably last around 3 months; But regardless, if you are looking for a nice fragrances Talc look no further. Dislikes: You need a powdering thing for this if you want to distribute evenly

Love Taylor of Old Bond Street products and this Talcum powder is no different. This products smells great and leaves you feeling fresh. A must add to anyones morning routine!

This is not a pure sandalwood scent, but the scent is still sandalwood-based and compliments sandalwood well.

I have tried several sandalwood talcs and this is my favorite. The scent is not adulterated with other fragrances and the talc is super fine.

I am enjoying the Sandalwood Talcum Powder by Taylor of Old Bond Street. The packaging, however, was not very good. The talc container arrived in a padded envelope but was not wrapped inside the envelope. This allowed some of the powder to escape into the envelope. The packaging should have been done more carefully.
