We assembled 3 of 4 door access to Club House RestRooms and Pool Gate Access. The pool gate had to be custom built with weatherproof magnets but we have retired people in the HOA. HOA is Home Owner Association. Im retired 40+ years Computer and the Electrician is 40 year retired. We have it working with keyfobs and cards. Ive had excellent support when I needed additional documentation. I wish I had the complete manual up front but when I needed more info I received same day support. We are looking for a future Dock gate access but that will be next year. I can write a novel on this but it is working great.

If you are looking for secured access for your home or business, this is perfect! You can set up as many doors as you want. If you need more than a 4-door system, you can purchase multiple systems that all connect together. I had a few questions about how to set up the system, and the customer service could not be any better. They are quick at responding via email (within 1 hour), and he even shared my screen of my computer to help me set up more complex security protocols I wanted to put in place. The interface for setting up key cards, and codes is amazing. What a deal!

My boss was looking at access control for our business but the cost was prohibitive. I saw this product and we decided to try it. Install was pretty easy once all the wires were ran. There is plenty of documentation and videos to help with hardware and software installation. When I had a question, tech support (Chen), was very responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this system.

We installed our 4 door system and were having some minor issues with understanding how do tell the system to do what we needed (access control), so we fired off an email thinking they will get back to us in a few weeks or never. To our surprise, I had a response with EXACT instructions and videos within the hour. There just isnt that kind of support anywhere. I am so happy with this product and those who built it. Just amazing.

I like the elegance and simplicity. 1 CAT5e wire to each door from the controller does it all. I did have a question that was not in the manual. I sent an email to tech support and they responded within the hour with an English language VIMEO video tutorial covering my exact question. Very Satisfied. Thank you.

Ive installed the first 4 door system, 2nd one going in today. I will eventually have 8 systems. Installation: I suggest if youve never installed a door system, watch the videos provided and read the support material before you get started. You will not have trouble if you do this. Everything is explained in great detail. I had a friend along who has installed door systems professionally and he was impressed with the quality, price and ease of setting up users and privileges.. Support: If you have questions, email works great and the responses are fast. For these reasons I give 5 star - Quality, Price and Support.

This system is great, very easy set up. This is some of the best customer service I have ever got, very quick, very knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with this system. The customer service can’t get any better !!!! You guys are great!!

At first I was a little skeptical about this Chinese product. We installed the access control in our office. We got a quote for similar Bosh unit for $3500. Installation took few hours without any experience. We used the existing electric lock. The support is really good. The provide you even with a skype contact and you can chat with support right away. They even have a super easy to use phone app. I dont often write amazon reviews, but this really deserves one.

I had bought a MENGQI CONTROL system a few months ago and installed it with no issues. It is still working perfectly today. In the last couple of weeks I bought a single door controller and an RFID door reader to expand the system to another part of our property. What I didnt realize is that I bought a different brand than MENGQI CONTROLS that looked the same in the photos displaying the product. Long story short the control was not working, I could not upload my list of RFID keys that we are currently using in our system. I contacted MENGQI CONTROLS for customer service and we determined that I did not have their product. Never the less they stepped up and offered to help me. I would like to do a shout out for Mr Chen Wood. I believe he is the senior technical service person. He first modified the database I had so it would upload to the controller. Then we discovered that the RFID reader was not reading the RFID keys correctly. He gave me directions that corrected that problem and now the system works perfectly. The MENGQI CONTROLS customer service is over the top. They have gone above and beyond what I would expect from a customer service and if I could I would give them 10 stars! Both they and their products are top grade and yet very reasonably priced for what you receive. Thank you Mr. Chen Wood and MENGQI CONTROLS!
