The price was nominal, the windows thumb drive worked without a hitch!

I ordered a bootable thumb drive to be able to boot into Windows. The drive came and would not boot. I tried to follow all the provided instructions but with no success. The included link and QR code to a supposed YouTube video did not work either. I will be requesting a refund.

The shipper gives you two forms of paper stating how to Implement the directions. None of the YouTube links work ( they were terminated!) and you’re lost as to what to do next. Not happy at all! If I had the capability to rate 0/5 I would.

I have used devices like this before and had no problem. I can’t get this to boot up at all! Computer recognizes USB but won’t boot to this device. Very frustrating and disappointing

Needed to reload Windows 10 on an older computer that had a hard drive replaced. Worked like a champ! Was up and running in 30 minutes.

I highly recommend the Tech-Shop-pro Compatible Windows 10 Home and Professional 32/64 Bit USB. This product is a lifesaver for anyone dealing with PC, laptop, or desktop issues. The USB allows you to install Windows 10 to factory fresh conditions, recover lost data, repair system errors, and restore boot functionality.

The product is good, the seller is great. Went above and beyond to make sure it worked for me. You just don’t see service like that anymore.

The Windows update failed because a BIOS update to UEFI was required first. The BIOS update failed because several other Windows files were missing. Supplying those files from another PC caused another type of failure. Gave it up.
