> 3 dayWhen my son said that he needed a new gaming mouse, I had no idea about all of the important features involved that can make or break a good gaming mouse let alone the expense of some of them. This one has some great features with it being fully programmable to your liking, the size is comparable to most others, it fits comfortably in your hand and has a nice grip, and I really like the light features and all of the different color and pattern options that there are. The only downside that I can see with this mouse is that it is really light compared to my sons other gaming mouse, but other than that this is a great choice and is a great price:)

Greater than one weekIve been using Logitech computer mice for a long time. However, they (along with virtually every other gaming mouse manufacturer) have consistently added more useless bling features over time. Ive given up on them due to their bloated setup software and mouse design. Its time to try something new. Im glad I came across this Tecurs mouse. It appears to be inspired by the old gaming mouse style that I adore. It has a standard, simple mouse shape that does not resemble a Japanese transforming robot, and it is not oversized. The lighting effects, DPI adjustments, and polling adjustments can all be controlled directly with mouse buttons. All of this is possible without installing any software. However, if you install the configuration software (which I recommend), you can disable any function you dislike. It also lets you change the function of any button to press any keyboard key or combo of keys, launch a custom macro, or do pretty much any system function you can think of. I renamed the two side buttons PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN. I also changed the two buttons under the mouse wheel to VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN. Another plus is that the configuration software appears to be very simple. There are no distracting effects or nonsense. It simply works in a straightforward and simple manner. The programmers clearly focused their efforts on making it work properly, which it does. Things I really like: The config software is easy to use and seems bug-free. When you spin the mouse wheel, it doesnt make an annoyingly loud click. They didnt go overboard with the extra buttons, and basic settings can be changed without the need for software. The size and shape of the mouse are ideal for me. Things I didnt like: It feels a little too light! If theres any tension on the cord, it can easily move the mouse a bit when I let go of it. The manufacturer, Tecurs, is not a well-known company with no reputation. Who knows how long the mouse will last or how reliable it will be? When I first unboxed the mouse, I had a negative impression of it. It felt cheap to me, like the mice Id bought at the dollar store. My opinion changed dramatically after using it and its configuration software. The light weight of the mouse took some getting used to. However, Im testing it on my work PC and believe its here to stay.
