I gave my cat one of these springs to try and he played non-stop for over an hour! He bats it around and chases it. It bounces and moves erratically so it keeps him interested. They are lightweight enough that he is able to pick them up and carry them around. He has several stashed around the house now and there is rarely a day that he doesnt play with them. He likes them so much that I took a dozen of them to our local animal shelter for the kittens there to play with and they loved them too! I will be ordering more.

It depends on your cat. My cat plays with it very rarely. It seems that he likes pompom balls better.
