> 3 dayI never knew about Tegaderm until I went in for surgery, and the resulting stitches were protected with Tegaderm. I ordered some through Amazon and have found some additional uses for it. Tegaderm is completely waterproof and dirt proof. Since I often work in the garden, run, play tennis and work out, I protect any cut, scrape or rash with Tegaderm, where I would normally use a band aid. It can be cut to any size and does a much better job of keeping out moisture and dirt, and allows for faster healing. I would recommend this to anyone interested in superior wound protection.
