Worked just fine

It is everything that it is advertised as. I was able to trace out a circuit in the attic of a warehouse in emt surrounded by several other circuits. In a matter of minutes. I also used it to trace out a well circuit that had been buried for over 20 years with no problems.

This worked well for tracing wires in walls. The receiver seems to be fairly directional, and aiming it helped narrow down the location of the wire better than just moving closer and further. The molded plastic case holds everything nicely. The system showed some ghosting and random responses, but I was able to trace the wires.

Great for locating receptacles that are covered by drywall!!

This is an amazing tool. I have been able to solve problems for my customers that others couldnt. Easy to use. Small but powerful. A must in any companys specialty tool box.

Not very accurate

Has not produced results for us. Tones everywhere, antenna large and difficult to use in a breaker box area. All we wanted to do was trace down the circuit breaker for a series of receptacles so we can repair our electrical issue. NO LUCK with this device.

I tried this product a couple of times and could not get it to work the way the instructions described. Tried finding circuits on breakers and the tone was not right. Maybe doing something wrong.

Purchased to locate underground home irrigation valves. Would not perform this task. Returned the unit and hired a professional irrigation person to do the locating.
