This is amazing for helping relieve back and neck pain. It was great on Menasha cramps. Its tiny and might not be fancy but it works great!

My physical therapist recommended this unit as this is the unit her class bought while attending PT school. Economical and has a case. Easy to understand use but if you have lower back issues like me, its extremely hard to put patches in correct places even with mirror, much less taking them off. In a pinch, I would recommend this unit due to ease of use and price.

After purchasing 2 other cheaper quality devices, I opted for this one. The functionality and power of this unit is far superior to other brands. Just be sure to purchase extra pads as the ones provided are thin and will only last so long. Great product!

I had the worst kind of back spasms you could have, up there with child labor and having a hysterectomy. Screaming bad. Had to wait two weeks to get into physical therapy. Now I had never heard about a Tens Unit before I was able to get in, so I was taking prescribed meds and over the counter pain killers around the clock. When I finally got in to physical therapy (chiropractor couldnt do a thing either, mind you) all he did was wrap a hot water bottle in towels (HEAVEN!!!) and hook me up to this weird never seen before unit. He told me to do stretches too. I went three times, same thing, and I asked him if I could buy a smaller unit. That was enough for me. Best purchase for the price, got extra pads, and a two more nine volts as back up. The unit will tell you when the battery is about to die (I squeezed that battery of its juices to the last drop) then popped another right in and continued the shocking treatment. Get a hot water bottle confidently and securely dried on the outside wrapped with towels for the ultimate comfort of the treatment. I havent taken any more meds since. Thats the ultimate goal - get off the dependency of medicine while you can. Worth the money!!!!

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year. With the medications I have taken for the symptoms the worst of the pain and stiffness has been mostly absent until about a week ago. Last week I woke up with a very stiff back, shoulders, neck, bottom, and hips that was unrelated to any exercise or injury. Increasing my medications helped lessen the pain and stiffness (muscle relaxer) but it was a very difficult week. My sleeping was also very bad and my fitness tracking watch recorded very poor or even worse sleep for the whole week. Anyways I did some research for ways to help this and found that TENS could help with my symptoms. I purchased this device and received it yesterday. Since then I have used it 5 to 7 times for 20 to 25 minutes on different areas of my back. I use it between level 3 and level 4 with normal mode and default settings but adjusted the time to 20 to 25 minutes. On every place I used it the pain and stiffness is either reduced by a large extent or totally eliminated. The medications I take dont do that. They only provide a temporarily reduction in pain and stiffness. I am very impressed in how well this works. My only negative is the case on my TENS7000 does not have the plastic part that is supposed to latch so the case does not lock closed in the closed position. This appears to be a defect in the manufacturing of my case. Its not a terrible thing but at the moment I kept the plastic outer bag to make sure the items dont fall out of the case. I would normally subtract 1 from my rating for such a problem but the device works so well I can give this a pass..

Thought I’d electrocute myself because it looks like it came in something I’d charge my car battery with.

The Tens 7000 has been a lifesaver for my chronic muscle strains. I lift quite a bit and have suffered some rhomboid issues. This device kicks ass! My wife also uses it for a hip flexor issue. She says its been quite effective. The chiropractor has been gouging us for years using basically the same device. Very pleased with this little power house. Its also super simple to use

Tens units are amazing for pain management and physical rehabilitation. Once you figure out the best settings for your particular situation, they are quite effective aid in treatment plans. However, one big drawback using these are the pads can loose adhesion very quickly - for me after about 5 applications... maybe because I have naturally oily skin and very hairy legs. I wish these had the replaceable pads, but they dont. Next time, I think I will opt for ones that have this option - as using a wrap or tape to keep them in place is very inconvenient.
