Im at a disadvantage because I never used this calculator in high school and the learning curve is moderate. There are plenty of resources to help you learn how to navigate if you have time. Im impressed with the functionality I have picked up. Graphing functions, converting decimals to fractions, simplifying complex equations and simple arithmetic. I feel like Ive just scratched the surface. The calculator itself is sleek and has a decent screen. You can tell by the resolution and processing that this model is old. It has some quirks as well. But for a graphing calculator thats ACT compliant, Im happy. Its age means there is tons of support and lessons out there. After testing, I would definitely sell this and get an NSpire CXII-CAS calculator. Thats a far superior calculator with algebra functionality, modernized specifications and similar in price. But I knew this would do for the time being and Ive used MUCH worse so Im happy with my purchase.

Perfect for anyone taking math in school, excellent for professionals (engineers, math teacher, architect, etc.). Yes it’s a bit pricey but it will last a long time for anyone needing a graphing calculator. Best one IMO!!

If you ask a college math professor which calculator they recommend it will be this one 9 times out of 10. I had a Ti83 many years ago and thought it was perfect but now this newer version is in color and with a rechargeable battery that lasts a ridiculously long time. Sure, there are calculators that do fancier things now days but those tend to not be allowed during exams. Get this, you wont be disappointing. You can even sell it for a good amount when your classes are over.

This calculator is the graphing calculator typically used in school to do college level math problems. It’s perfect, it comes with its own charger so you don’t need a dock. They come in different colors and even had 1 day shipping with Amazon Prime!!! I actually passed my math class because of this calculator.

My son very like this calculator. Easy to use and nice graphic screen. He bought it two days before his SSAT test. He had no problem use it during the his test. It is good product and good price.

I bought this for college because it was important for me to have. I like that the graphics are very clear for a calculator. Its not that easy to learn though if you need to find the square root and stuff. But with practice, youll get it.

My daughter is in honors math and uses this calculator. Although very expensive, it was worth the purchase and I foresee her being able to use it for a few years.

16to junior thinks she’s the crema of the cropa with this purple graphing calculator. It has software she can use on her phone. She’s a straight A student so I splurged on her. She loves it.
