TGW RIDING 2520D Horse Bell Boots No-Turn Horse Bell Boots, Equine Ballistic Hoof Overreach Bell Boot, Pair

I bought these June 3 for a pasture horse. They did not last 3 months before the top layer of velcro ripped and finally the horse was able to get it off. I did not expect them to last forever, but I thought they would make it longer than 3 months.

Maybe the bar is set low with my horse, but nothing last more than a couple of days on his feet. I believe we are on week two and they are still on his feet. He was able to turn one, but it did not come off. I am loving them so far.

I usually buy Cashels bell boots but wanted to get some bell boots in brown. While Cashels boots last at least 6 months, these bell boots barely got through 2 days. They are also incredibly small (the large will barely close on my 16hh Dutch warmblood with small feet). Sadly, seemed to be a waste of money.

These wipe off very easily and the colors are very vibrant. The seams are strong and stitching isnt cheap looking.

Theses seem to look durable yet they run at least one size too big. Size down!!! if you can.. unfortunately small is the, smallest size available.

Overall, these are good bell boots. They seem well made and sturdy. Theyre very similar to the ballistic nylon ones sold by other companies, but at a lower cost. My only complaint is that they run very small. My horse (15.3hh warmblood) usually wears a size Large, and I can barely get these closed. Definitely size up 1-2 sizes!

My TB keeps these on 24/7 to ensure his front shoes stay on. He hasnt been able to take the boots or shoes off! Usually a pair lasts 3-4 months of continuous wear .

These bell boots are every bit as good as Professionals Choice brand. I like them so much I bought a second pair. They do run small so I ordered a size up and they fit very well. Protect my horses heels and keep him from pulling shoes off while trail riding. My horse is 15.2 hands and has average size hooves. I ordered a size large.
