Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera - 12 oz.(2 pack)

Ive always heard and read so many great things about the Thayers toners, so when I saw the opportunity to buy two for a decent price, I had to try it out. I love the scent that this one has - its light and you feel so clean and refreshed after using it. Even after washing my face, I can see the excess dirt that was still stuck in my skin after cleaning with Thayers. I prefer to use the toner with a cotton ball, although I also like to put some on a wipe and clean my face like that as well.

Toner is amazing with a light light rose scent that does not smell artificial.

Thayers non-alcohol scented witch hazel toners are a favorite beauty product. All the benefits of witch hazel without the drying of alcohol. Scent is sweet and natural. Great for cleaning face and any external body parts that get funky. Two tips : 1. wet two cotton rounds and place over eyes to wake you up and remove any crustiest from lashes. 2. After soothing eyes, Turn rounds over and use other side to clean outside and inside of ears, leaving behind a clean floral scent. Works well on children and young skin leaving loisturized. Older skin will need follow-up moisturizer.

This stuff might be entirely pointless in my routine for all I know, but I love it. Its gentle and the lack of alcohol makes it a winner in my book. It does have a fragrance, which can be irritating to some people (but I think they have a fragrance-free version?). Anyway, I love using this after my cleanser. It makes my skin feel less dry (maybe it brings my skin to the right pH?). I also feel like it could possibly be helping with acne, as my skin has been clearer and more even-toned since adding this to my routine. Ive also used this as a quick way to freshen up my face midday if needed, since I dont wear makeup. The bottles tend to be leaky, though, in my experience. I dont lose much product, but they tend to arrive wet on the outside and I usually keep a tissue beneath the bottle on my shelf. I wouldnt travel with these bottles, but its not a big deal.

I used some witch hazel while pet sitting recently. Then I decided I liked how it made my skin look and feel and Id do some amazon-researching to find the best one. Well...this is it. Buy it in the 2-3 pack- you WILL use it. I put it on after my shower -- I towel pat my face, then pour this in my hands and rub it on my face. I then use a little more and rub it into my neck and arms...but Im thinking Ill just go all the way and start rubbing some on my legs. ANYONE who has touched my skin lately has said it is the softest skin they have ever felt. *I* feel it becoming softer by the day. Its also SUPER clear. I have sensitive skin - always have. Im acne prone around my jaw line from my hair/hair products...NO MORE! I literally have no more acne. My pores look AMAZING. My skin glows...and it smells WONDERFUL. This is has been a miracle product for me. I tell EVERYONE about it. I even used it recently between the folds of a PUGGLES face-skin flaps because they looked red, irritated, and smelled a little of yeast. She didnt budge (it doesnt burn, it has no alcohol) and she looked and smelled LOVELY afterwards -- this is a DOG people! And it helped ease HER inflamed skin! Its such a soft, natural product I recommend it to EVERYONE and I will be using it for the rest of my life. :D

Ok first I want to say that I love natural skin care products and I really like this. That being said it makes my face really sticky or greasy or something to that effect. I think it may be the aloe that does it. I will still use it though, because it helps cut down the redness in my cheeks. It has helped my acne breakouts. I am 38 and still get pimples espically around my chin. It really hasnt done much for my pores but I have only been using it for about a month. My 16 year old daughter uses it also and the blackheads on her nose have all but gone away, and she loves it. I put it on any cuts or rashes that any of my kids or my husband may get and it helps heal them fast. My four year old lets me put this on his cuts and he never complains of it burning, he tells me it feels cool. Which if your a parent you know how hard it is to treat any cuts on a child with out screaming involved, on both sides haha. Anyway nice product and I like the smell, it reminds me of my grandmother. The person who made the coment about it smelling like essenace of cat lady, BEST COMMENT EVER!!! If you can find her review it was funny. I think it has a nice rose scent and it makes my pillow smell wonderful. Bottom line for me, it works well but makes my face sticky, but it is something I am willing to live with.

I have sensitive, combination skin and this works so beautifully!!! It does not contain alcohol so it doesn’t dry out my skin and helps to keep it moisturized. When I have acne, my face clears up within two days of applying! My husband also loves this product as it helps with his oil bumps after getting a shave. I always look for a double pack, this is such a great value!!!

I love this product! The bottle I got was an older version, which was kind of disappointing since I was hoping I would get the one pictured. I used to use Dickinsons witch hazel, but I stopped because I wasnt too crazy about the scent. That one had a VERY STRONG witch hazel smell and I believe it also had alcohol which is quite drying. The Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel formula is great. It like that it doesnt contain alcohol and that it doesnt have a strong witch hazel scent. Here are the ingredients: Purified Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Certified Organic Filet Of Aloe Vera), Glycerin (Vegetable), Fragrance (Natural Rose), Hamamelis Virginiana Extract (made from Certified Organic Witch Hazel), Rosa Centifolia (Rose) Flower Water, Citric Acid, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract. The ingredients are really clean! No chemicals, yay! I like to apply this when I wake up in the morning and after cleansing my face at night. In the morning, I typically dont wash my face with cleanser, so this toner is a great way to make my face feel refreshed.

I looooove this product! I normally dont write reviews, but I always use them when deciding to order products (yeah, I know) But! This stuff is seriously amazing! It has helped with evening my skin tone, and keeping my skin feeling fresh. I ordered my first bottle in Nov 2017, and by Dec my mom wanted me to order some for her. It lasted me until late March of this year, but I have to admit my usage may be different than some. I use it after taking off makeup as a pre-cleanser, and also use it post-wash before my serum. This stuff is seriously great, and not having been able to use it for about a month I can see the clear difference in my skin. My ma loves it as well! For those who may be concerned about scent, its very light, and smells like a rose, if that smell is fine with you, then go ahead and order it. You wont regret it! My shipment this time did come slashed for some reason, but in the tape, but on the topside, enough for someone to peek into it. This is my third time ordering, and its the first time this has happened. It looks like no damage to the product tho. A tip for when youre not wearing makeup, put some of this in a spray bottle as a spritz, the scent is relaxing and your face feels nice and cooled afterwards!
