Good movie but I didnt like where they ended it so abruptly.

I fear we will never again see the likes of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit movies. Except for some changes in Tolkiens stories, there is nothing to criticize. Everything was magnificent. Im sorry there are no more to come (unless by some miracle someone makes The Silmarillion, etc.).

If you like the trilogy, you will enjoy this.

Its like going home but a different way. If you have ever read the books, the changes will bother you a bit, but the movie gets you to the big memorable bits eventually. Even though they dont exactly follow the map that you and I remember. Smaug is wonderfully done in my opinion. I really have to thank Peter Jackson for not ruining The Hobbit or The Lord of the Rings like it was a Steven King book. :)
