> 3 dayThe package looks good, but there are ergonomic problems with the bottle, and getting the product out and into your hair. The bottle is tall and thin, which makes it a bit wobbly, full or close to empty. And the push-down dispenser on the top has a wide nozzle that protrudes only ¼” out from the bottle itself. So, you can’t just hold your cupped hand under the nozzle. Additionally, the product consistency is thick, so you’ve really got to mash the dispenser button down hard to generate the force needed to get the product out of the nozzle and away from it to land in your waiting hand. And you’re doing all of this in the hot/wet/steamy environment of the shower. …yeah, the packaging looks pretty cool, but putting that design into practice is not that easy. One possible fix is to unscrew the dispenser top and just pour it out into your hand. This works, but the product is thick, and it takes a while. Once you have used some and you have room in the bottle, add a little water to make the conditioner a bit more runny; now it will squeeze out of the top better, or it’ll poot into your hand more easily. The product is thick, but disperses well and easily into the hair. The lavender scent is distinct, but not really that strong; it is a quiet and subdued lavender. Rinse is easy, as the product comes out pretty quickly. There is not a lot of lavender scent remaining after rinse, but the conditioning on the hair is pretty good, allowing quick and easy brushing/combing; the “knot-free/tangle-free” claim in the product copy is a valid one. Documentation: You get an Honest Company mailing address, a corporate URL, and a customer feedback 888 number on the bottle. Price: at about $10 for a bottle, this is within the ranger for well-made conditioners, and is a fair price. Bottom Line: This is a nice product which does what it claims. The only real problem here is with its bottle and dispenser, which make using the product a little harder than it needs to be.

> 3 dayMore pure products necessary for Crohns teen. So MANY products bring on more autoimmune disorders. Needle in haystack feeling. When we find good product, we shout out.

> 3 dayMy 11month old has curly hair that has increasingly become dry and frizzy. I wanted something light and natural to help her and this worked perfectly! Just a little bit goes a long way. I could probably even use a smaller amount next time, since it worked very well. Big difference and it’s very helpful since she’s too young for typical hair products.

29-11-2024I like to use this product as body wash for my baby, but I will no longer use it as shampoo. The soap leaves my daughter’s hair straw-like and creates obvious buildup even when I follow up with the Honest conditioner. I’m on the hunt for a gentle, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner!
