> 24 hourI purchased this backpack for my first year of college thinking it would be great and make it easier to carry heavy books. While the backpack was sturdy and make out of good material, unfortunately, it was hard to overlook how uncomfortable the bag is. The straps seem to dig into one’s shoulders and make for an overall uncomfortable feeling. I also dislike how the bag cannot stay upright. If I were to place it on the ground, it would roll onto its face. Basically, the quality was good, but I had to return it because it was uncomfortable and had a weird design.
