I had some old duct tape that was from strange strange brand that didn’t work very well so I bought this official duct tape! It’s great

The only tape I use to ensure a properly bonded joint between my bumper and my car. Used some of this to reconnect the body kit of a Scion xA, held fast for the six months I needed it. Pretty sure it melted because when I finally got around to replacing the bolts, it was a solid slab of plastic. Outside of automotive uses, Im baffled what this tape is for but use it for just about everything anyway. Drum parts, guitar parts, cable patches, sticking wifi equipment to things it shouldnt stick to, unsticking cat hair to things it shouldnt stick to, wallets, truly the king of all tape.

Im using this to tape 2 disposable pads together to double the length & taping 1 to a washable bed pad to hang over the side of my bed. The tape does work. The problem Im having is that Im having cut the tape instead of ripping, because its thin & not sturdy. When ripped it crinkle together & I have to make sure that when I start to pull it the first time Im careful do that the tape doesnt rip in 2 peices length wise. The last duck tape I used was thicker & I was able to rip it apart with no problems. The decorative duck tape from walmart is a lot better.

Its ok. Im not sure about original. I had duck tape so strong when you pill it the adhesive still stays. Not this one.

Have been a user of duct tape for many years. It performs as it was designed to do. What more is there to say? You know the old adage: If its supposed to move and doesnt, use WD-40. If it isnt supposed to move and does, use duct tape. Nuf said.

very rare to report negative results but packing all the products made it impossible to lift or move it was sujper heavy!!! disabled person had to wait hours before someone could come to help....please do not pack heavy items....disapointed

Duct tape. It sticks well enough & isnt horrible. I was a bit disappointed at how thin the tape is/feels; definitely not heavy-duty 100 mph tape but Ill use it up without planning to buy this brand again. Most any duct tape can be finicky when tearing a piece off, but this roll seems a bit mores so than other brands Ive used ... if I dont tear it across briskly enough, it tends to tear down the length of the roll a bit. (Grumbling and getting it squared off ensues, & a couple/few inches are wasted/end up stuck on my jeans or wherever for disposal later.) Whatever. Its usable enough. I just wont buy it again. Its adhesion durability is TBD & being put through the wringer now ... well see how long it holds up to the 20-40 degree F temps & exposure to the elements at ~5,300+ feet of altitude, but, even if it sucks, Ill just retape things & burn through this roll more quickly to allow me to try another brand sooner than later.
