01-06-2025Oh my gosh! This is absolutely the cutest little puppet I have ever seen! The reason I gave him a four star instead of the five stars because of the sound. It is very difficult to make him squeak. I was intending to buy all of them in the series eventually. I do not think I will be buying them because it hurts your hand to try to get him to squeak. I have a different one who squeak is very loud and easy to make it to squeak. The kids love the squeak which is why I bought this pop it in the first place. I was hoping for them to be able to talk to each other. Unfortunately, this week is so quiet and weak he hardly speaks at all. If you dont care about that or if you dont really want a squeak then you definitely cant go wrong with this puppet. He is so cute and very well-made!

04-06-2025I got this for our 8 months old for Christmas and he LOVES it! Its durable, fun, colorful and very well made. The thing I didnt know was the tongue is actually a squeaker. My dog is irritated that she cant finger that one out.

> 3 dayVery pleased with the quality of this puppet. My puppets head and body are more of a medium blue/bright pink, rather than the light blue/reddish pink as pictured. Mouth movement is excellent, and the size is great- even for adult hands. The tongue is not just a piece of felt stuck onto the bottom of the mouth, like so many puppets have... it is an actual, separate, knitted tongue (and has a squeaker enclosed inside).. when I found out about the squeaker, I wasnt thrilled (I usually remove any squeakers from puppets because I never use them (Makes me feel as if I have a dog toy on my hand!) BUT, I discovered that normal opening and closing of the mouth does not produce any squeaks... however, if you want a squeak, you can close the mouth firmly and get one. All in all, this is a great puppet, lots of personality and very well-made: (Made in the UK...according to the tag. I wouldnt have cared about this detail.... I only noticed because my puppet speaks with a British Accent). :)

> 3 dayAs a Puppet Director, I am always looking for new puppets. These puppets are very well made and easy to manipulate. The mouth is nicely constructed so that it really does function like a puppet unlike some others that I have encountered where it hurts your hand to move the mouth. I recommend these to everyone especially new puppeteers because of the ease in which one can manipulate the mouth. As for size, they are not the biggest puppet out there but for our purposes, they work just fine. We work in a room that runs about 50 from the front of the stage to the back of the room. For us, the puppet is large enough that it does not get lost from the back of the room. For us, I believe that the puppet itself runs from the top of an adult hand to a little past the elbow. (The product description states 16 inches.) The kids in Junior Church love it when these monster puppets come to sing or tell a story. I am impressed with the quality and price. In fact, we have enjoyed working with them so much that we are purchasing other designs to round out our collection.
