This item was just what we needed to have hot water again in our RV! This package was very inexpensive and we now have spares in the event this goes out in the future. This saved us a trip to the dealer!!!

The therma cut off works okay but I should have read desription better and not paid any attention to the picture which lead me to believe there was a total of 10 parts when actuall there are only 5.

These were exactly what I needed. I didnt know if they would be right since they werent bent in the picture, like the one that was already on the hot water heater. But I was able to bend it for it to fit just like the original. This was the first time Ive ever had a problem with the camper water heater, and I called a mobile RV tech, and he was luke, Im going to save you some money here, and he talked me through diagnosing the problem and said I have those on my truck, but just go on Amazon and get them. I ordered them and they showed up at the campground the next day. Installed one and voila, we had hot water! Now I have extra in case it happens again!

I couldnt figure out why my water heater wouldnt stay lit. After looking at it I found this part was corroded and if I wiggled it, it would light. I ordered this product and it took me less than 5 minutes to swap out and it has fixed the problem. Has enough to keep extra in the trailer in case it goes bad again. Super simple fix for not a lot of money.

Okay theyre really not a lifesaver but they will give you hot water when youre glamping. We were on a trip recently glamping in the winter and we had no hot water. No matter what we did we could not get the DSi fault light to stay off. Both the gas and the electric didnt work. It wasnt the fuses and it wasnt the power supply. We spent an hour on the phone with our dealers mechanic and he had no idea what to do. Thankfully a nice guy came by that experience the same problem we did and he knew how to fix it. While he was standing there I ordered these. Thankfully he had an extra one on them but he bought for such a time as this. It fixed the problem.

The package came and we can see there only 4 of them in the package that we didnt open. 1 piece is missing.
