> 3 dayI purchased this as I had to do a full dismantle to get my CMOS battery. Applied using pea size method (perhaps a little too much.) Seems to be working admirably. temps seemed to be down about 5C. I dismantled and gave everything a thorough dusting which no doubt also had an affect.

Greater than one weekI have this paste with a Be Quiet Shadow rock 3 cooler on my amd 5800x and in a room that is fairly warm i still maintain temps in the high thirties to mid 40s with low load and 60s while gaming and streaming
