    Greater than one week

I worked for hours to get this to print. Come to find out it’s not compatible with Windows 11. It does not say this in the description. It is in tiny print in a photo! Now it’s past the return date and I’m forced to sell a brand new printer for way less then I paid on FB Marketplace!

First, I want to start off by saying this label printer is truly the best present you can get anyone who loves online shopping. It makes returns so much easier and convenient. This printer supports labels from most major carriers like UPS, USPS, and Fedex. Theres a USB included with a video and PDF instruction manual full of step by step pictures/screenshots on how to setup the printer. If youre too lazy to watch the short video, you basically: 1) Plug in the black power cable into the outlet and attach to the printer 2) Plug in the white cable into the printer and attach to your computer (USB) 3) Plug in the USB into your computer and open/install the drivers exe program 4) Go to system preferences and adjust the printers default settings (4x6) 5) Print using any program (Adobe/Word etc) The whole setup was pretty easy -- took around 10 minutes. Best part of a thermal printer is you never need to buy ink! Only downside is you need to buy the labels to print on, but luckily they are pretty cheap. This printer comes with 10 labels and it accepts both the roll labels and the flat-folded ones. I will be purchasing more labels from a different vendor as this brand does not make labels as far as I can tell. The printer isnt heavy but you will need to carry it with 2 hands. I wish this printer was wireless or bluetooth compatible but Im not sure if those actually exist yet / what the price point would be. Also, this printer is NOT mac compatible. I read the manual online and it set it could be setup on a Mac despite what the product description on Amazon says so I decided to take a chance. Although I was able to install the driver and my macbook was able to sense the printer, I kept getting a printer unavailable error. My macbook is bootcamped so I followed the same installation instructions on my windows-running macbook and I was able to print seamlessly. Overall, I would say this purchase was a 9/10 because of how easy it is to setup, print quality, and customer service. If they ever release a bluetooth and apple compatible label printer, it would be absolutely perfect!

The printer was way enough to set-up. They give you a usb to download the drive. But taking points off because it seems to waste 2-3 labels before printing.
